Frozen Grapes is frosted concord grape and ripe banana over a soft floral lavender base: grape soda on the way in, creamy banana on the way out. One of the three launch strains for the Globs all-in-one and the heaviest of the three.

Lineage

Grapes of Wrath × Banana Split. Grapes of Wrath brings the deep concord grape and the purple, floral lavender notes; Banana Split (Banana Sherbet × Tangie) brings the ripe banana, the cream and a little citrus brightness under the fruit.

In the jar

Grape soda first, then banana cream, then a soft lavender-floral finish. Deep purple-gold oil with a sweet, cold-feeling nose.

How it runs

Slow and heavy. Relaxes the body first and the head follows. Best saved for the evening, with nowhere to be afterwards.
